Our Policy Regarding payments, appointments and contact information

We reserved the right to not represent who we choose.  If we do represent you, you must understand that all payments are due in full within 90 days of entering on your case. Payments are to be made every 30 days.  Failure to make payments could result in a withdraw from your case.  Additionally, failing show up to scheduled court dates or to update your address/phone number could also result in a withdraw from your case if we cannot get a hold of you. All appointments require at least a 48 hour notice prior to any cancelation.
